DENTAL HYGIENIST & OFFICE MANAGER

I’m Sarah, the Practice Administrator and "Rock Star" Dental Hygienist for Modern Dentistry of New England. With over 20 years of experience—spanning roles from dental assistant to claims investigator—my background helps me serve our patients as a well-rounded team player. I am deeply passionate about patient education and believe that clear communication and personalized planning lead to the best oral health outcomes. When I’m not at the office, I’m usually on the go with my husband and three beautiful kids. We love staying busy outdoors, tending to our gardens and chickens, or canning. Our newest joy is the recent adoption of our puppy, who has been a wonderful addition to the family!

Pam

CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Hi! I’m Pam! I am Dr. Gabr ’s senior assistant and the Clinical Director at Modern Dentistry of New England. I have worked closely with Dr. Gabr for 10 years now, and bring over 30 years of experience myself to our practice.

I love working with all of our patients and try my best to make them feel as comfortable as possible while they’re here. Whether we are doing simple dental fillings, or more complex and intricate surgical procedures, I always take the time to explain each procedure as treatment progresses so that our patients have a full understanding of their dental care. The best part of my job is helping patients obtain perfect smiles and healthy teeth. I cannot imagine a better place to work.

When I’m not at the office I am in the garden, reading, crafting, having fun with family, I’m learning new things!

Taylor

TREATMENT & CARE COORDINATOR

Taylor is the first point of contact you will meet at our office. As our knowledgeable Treatment & Care Coordinator, she handles everything from scheduling your appointments to providing detailed information about your visit and verifying insurance benefits. A resident of Watertown, Taylor loves spending her weekends with her boyfriend and her dog.

Michele

As our office "quarterback," Michele orchestrates our more complex care cases. She is here to guide you through every step of your journey, whether she is estimating cost benefits, assisting with financing, or explaining your insurance coverage. Michele lives in Meriden with her two boys and enjoys spending her weekends coaching sports.

Jillian

dental hygienist

Jillian specializes in maintaining the foundation of your oral health. She evaluates gum and bone health, provides professional cleanings, and offers personalized home-care recommendations to keep your smile bright. Based in Berlin, CT, Jillian enjoys spending her free time with her partner and two daughters.

Kimberly

LEAD dental assistant

As Dr. Gabr’s Lead Assistant, Kim is dedicated to making your clinical experience seamless. She assists with procedures, takes necessary X-rays and 3-D scans, and is always available to answer any after-care questions you may have. Outside the office, Kimberly enjoys traveling with her husband, Eddie, and hosting friends.

Tami

CHAIRSIDE DENTAL ASSISTANT

Tami works closely with Dr. Gabr as a Clinical Assistant to ensure you receive the highest level of care. From assisting with chairside procedures and coordinating lab cases to scheduling follow-ups, she guides patients through every step of their appointment. Tami lives in Plainville with her husband and daughter.
